Technical coordinator: Sarah Masaad
Sarah Masaad is a postdoctoral researcher at the Photonics Research Group of Ghent University and imec. She completed her PhD in Photonics Engineering within the same group as part of the Marie Curie project PostDigital, where she focused on integrated photonic reservoir computing for signal equalization. Her current research investigates optical-domain processing architectures as energy-efficient and scalable alternatives to conventional digital signal processing. In 2025, she also joined ePIXfab in a part-time role as a Technical Coordinator.
